I'm Chantelle Medeiros, an ACE-certified personal trainer and a certified senior fitness specialist with a focus on prenatal and postpartum training, and a counselling psychology student at the City University of Seattle.

I have worked with clients for 3+ years, helping them bridge the gap between physical and mental health.

At BusyBFitness, I recognize that exercise and joyful movement benefit mental health, which is why I design holistic training programs that emphasize the importance of both physical and mental health.

My goal is to motivate my clients with positivity, as opposed to stereotypical trainers who shout to push you to your limits and tell you, "No pain, no gain." I believe exercise should feel good.

It is my goal to teach my clients to trust their bodies, so when my clients tell me that their bodies want to stretch and relax today, that is what we do. 

My Training Style

Almost all of my clients are busy soon-to-be moms, professional women, or beginners, and while I primarily work with women/AFAB individuals, anyone who wants a trainer with my training style is welcome to work with me.

Diversity and inclusion are important to me, and I strive to provide a safe space for everyone to access joyful movement.

During my free time, I enjoy walking in nature, hiking in the mountains, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my family.
